With 30 years of experience in real estate investing, realty, property management, and renovation projects of various sizes, Justin is a seasoned professional dedicated to delivering profitable outcomes at every stage of the real estate process. 14 years after successfully building his realty brokerage and property management company in Atlanta, GA, Justin sold his interest in 2023.  For the next project, he envisioned a new approach— one that would offer a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for real estate investors in the Pacific Northwest.

Driven by a passion for exceptional service, Justin founded Lifeline Equity to unify realty services with real estate investing through our sister company, Lifeline Acquisitions, construction services through Lifeline Renovations, and property management through Lifeline Rentals, all under one cohesive vision. His goal is to provide a seamless, full-service experience for real estate investors, guiding them from acquisition to renovation and on to property management. He aims to ensure that every aspect of the process is handled with the highest level of care and expertise.

With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Philip Seel specializes in sales and leasing across all asset classes in British Columbia and Washington State. He has played a key role in major transactions such as the $155 million sale of Strawberry Hill Shopping Centre, the $62.8 million sale of 1525 Robson Street, and the $35 million sale of Scott Town Plaza. To date, Philip has closed over 1,000 transactions, with a total sales volume exceeding $1 billion.

Troy Berman is the Director of Operations at Lifeline Equity, and in many ways, he is the backbone of our company. With his vast skill set and attention to detail, Troy oversees everything from backend software management and implementation, to accounting, billing, regulatory compliance, and marketing design. His role ensures that all systems run smoothly, allowing the company to operate efficiently and effectively.

A proud United States Air Force veteran, Troy brings a disciplined and strategic mindset to his work. He holds both an MIS (Management Information Systems) degree and an MBA from the University of Tulsa, which have equipped him with a unique ability to develop and optimize the systems and processes that drive our company forward. His technical expertise and problem-solving skills play a crucial role in ensuring that Lifeline Equity operates with precision and agility.

Marlene Nash is an experienced and dedicated real estate professional who has been serving clients across both Washington State and British Columbia for over 40 years. Licensed since 1983 in British Columbia and 2003 in Washington State, Marlene is a Real Estate Managing Broker in Washington and an Associate Broker in B.C. Marlene earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in both regions in 2014, further solidifying her expertise in helping older adults navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.

In addition to her experience in residential real estate, Marlene has also worked as a Project Marketing Specialist, selling condos for some of Vancouver, BC’s major developers. This role allowed her to hone her skills in high-end property marketing and gain valuable insight into the development process. Furthermore, Marlene was responsible for Marketing and Leasing within retirement communities, further expanding her expertise in serving seniors and assisting both institutional and private owners in effectively reaching this important demographic.
